Abstract:
The secondary housing credit issue caused the dramatic fall of U.S. stock market in 2007, and financial companies declared losses and even bankruptcy after that. The problem which only involved one single region, one single financial product now has evolved into a global financial crisis through the so called butterfly effect, and now the crisis is still continuing. The profound development of the secondary credit crisis, not only jeopardizes the investment of Chinese financial institutions and Foreign Exchange reserve of China, but also will put further impact on China's exports and increase the pressure of inflation and RMB appreciation and narrow the scope of China's monetary policy. Thus it is an important task to accomplish to draw lessons from the secondary credit crisis and come up with a scientific and visionary approach.
