摘要：PURPOSE:To perform reflection reading having high resolving power and largephotodection levels by forming the common end face of lighting fibers or
photodetecting fibers into a spherical shape or a hyperboloid of revolution shape.CONSTITUTION:A lighting fiber 41 constituted by bundling plural pieces of optical fibers,and a photodetecting fiber 42 which is so disposed in the bundle of the optical fibers thatits end face aligns roughly to the end face of the fiber 41 are provided. Here, if thecommon end face of the fiber 41 or the fiber 42 is formed into a spherical shape or ahyperboloid of revolution shape, the resolving power attains the minimum value on thefocal plane. Thereby, the reflection reading having high resolving powder and largephotodetecting levels is accomplished.
