1、能掌握本单元的词汇及短语:chalk, carry, change, future, life, need, will, maybe, question, level, able, more, free, in the future, not…any more 2、能听懂谈论未来的简短对话,判断未来事实。
3、能掌握一般将来时(will...)的肯定句、否定句、疑问句及其回答,并能运用一般将来时来谈论未来的生活。
4、能通过对本课对话的学习,使学生学会用将来时态表达对未来的设想,如对未来学校的设想等。
四、 教学重难点:
1、能正确运用本单元的单词和词组。
2、掌握一般将来时(will...)的肯定句、否定句、疑问句及其回答,并能运用一般将来时来谈论未来的生活。
五、 教学准备:
本课指导学生通过听力获取信息,培养学生听力技能。课堂上采用多媒体手段辅
助教学,在轻松愉快的氛围中,在较真实的语境下,并联系学生生活实际,结合已有的知识和经验,运用所学的语言基础知识自我学习、互相学习,让学生在语言实践中相互启发、生成,体验成功。培养学生的合作精神,发展其思维和想象等能力。在教学过程中,采用多媒体手段辅助教学,利用各种图片和习题任务贯穿整个教学过程。因此,本节课需准备:PPT课件、挂图、录音机、课堂练习表格、奖品。

教学 步骤 Step One Warming-up (3’)
根据音标自学本课新单词;

七、 教学过程: 设计意图 本活动为的是解决对话中出现的词汇障碍,为听对话作好准备,同时,通过对话题的讨论激活学生的背景知识,为听力理解做知识方面的铺垫。 Task: Lead-in Ask the Ss: “What can you see in our classroom?” And have the Ss to learn the new words at the same time. Step Two Pre-task(5’) Step Three While-task (20’) Task: Check the new words and present the key structure. 1. Organize the students to discuss in groups “What will our school be like in 10 years ?” 2. Collect the Ss ideas about what our school will be like in 10 years. 3. Show a picture of a modern school to the Ss and ask them two questions. Then get the Ss to try to ask the questions about the picture. e.g. Say: This will be our school in 10 years. Will life be different in the future? (Ss answer.) What are the differences? Now let’s have a competition, see who can ask and answer the most quickly using “Will…?” Task1:Listening 1. Play the tape, ask students to listen and choose Lingling’s answers to the questions in Activity 2. 2. Say: we’ll listen to another conversation among Ms Li, Daming, Betty, Tony and Lingling. They are talking about schools in the future. Now listen and choose the right answers to the sentences. 3. Guide the students to listen to the conversation again and check the students’ ideas about the future in Activity 3. T: Different people have different ideas about the schools in the future, now Let’s listen again and check their ideas. Then Organize the students to check their answers. Task 2: Reading 1. Discuss in groups “What is our school will be like in 10 years ?” 2. Share their ideas about what our school will be like in 10 years. 3. Answer the teacher’s questions and try to ask other classmates the questions about the picture. 本活动呈开放性,使学生有很大的自由度,激发学生积极参与的热情,有利于激活背景知识词汇。为进入对话进行铺垫。 1. Go through the sentences in Activity 2. Organize students to come to the blackboard and show out some difficult language points that they found. 2.Help the students to solve the difficult points. Task4: Retell the dialogue 1.Ask students to complete the passage in Activity 5. 2. Ask two of the students to retell the dialogue. Step Four Post-task (9’) Task: Do some speaking 1. Ask students talk about what your school will be like in ten years. A: We will study at home and only go to school for sports and games. B: Well, this is good, but I’ll miss my teacher and friend. 2. Have the Ss act out their new dialogues. 3.Ask students to do some Exercises and then check. 1.Get the students to sum up the language points. T: What have we learned today? 1. Read the conversation with the video. 2. Read the conversation in groups. 3. Read the dialogue in groups and choose the best group. 1.
