摘要：The present invention discloses a selenium-enriched wheat whole bud seedlingjuice drink and a preparation method thereof. The selenium-enriched wheat whole-seedling juice drink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-120parts of selenium-enriched wheat whole bud seedlings, 0-50 parts of selenium-enrichedwheat seedling leaves, 250-1000 parts of mineral water, and 5-15 parts of fresh gingerslices, wherein the selenium content of the selenium-enriched wheat whole bud seedlingsis 0.15-0.25 mg/kg; and the selenium content of the selenium-enriched wheat whole budseedling juice drink is 0.01-0.05 mg/L. According to the present invention, wheat wholebud seedling enrichment is realized by virtue of the selenium enrichment technologies ofseed soaking, seedbed paper absorption, spraying at an initial bud stage, and the like,and moreover, whole-course cultivation for the wheat whole seedlings is carried out byvirtue of the mineral water; and through juicing the whole seedlings, not only theeffective nutrients of the wheat bud seedling leaves are maintained, but also nutrition inthe root parts of the wheat bud seedlings is also adequately utilized, thereby increasing
the juice yield and decreasing the production cost. The drink disclosed by the presentinvention is reasonable in raw stock proportion, rich in nutrition, and fresh and unique intaste, as well as enriches varieties of wheat bud seedling drinks.
