摘要：This invention provides an assembly capable of connecting a flat flexible cabledirectly to circuitry without pins or sockets and without regard to line width or pitch. Thisallows the use of one cable configuration for various interconnects that would haveotherwise required multiple custom cable configurations. The invention provides flatflexible circuitry whose insulation is configured to provide a resilient spring forcesufficient to force exposed conductors of the circuitry firmly against conductors ofdevices to interconnected when the flexible circuitry is retained by a catch system on saiddevice.
