一, 考试评分标准:
语音语调,语法词汇,话语运用,交际互动。
1. 要求使用适当,精确的语言表达思想,并能说出较长的,内容连贯,达意的话语。 2. 中途由于考虑措辞及语言的适当性可以有正常的迟疑或停顿。 3. 积极的进行交流,并能使用有效的交流补救措施。
A.较高水平:发音清晰,吐词清楚,语法规范,人称、时态方面基础性的错误较少;有规范的句型,遣词档次或规格高;
B.一般水平:发音基本清晰,吐词基本清楚,语法基本规范,没有太多的人称、单复数和时态方面基础性的错误;
C. 较差水平: 几乎不能开口,没有连得起来的句子,发音和重音有较多问题;
二,口语面试形式简介
1. 自我介绍 ,1-2分钟的自我介绍,可以事先准备, 包括:姓名,年龄,籍贯,本科教
育情况,,性格特征,个人爱好,工作经历,及今后的事业规划,继续学习目的等等。 (请见后附模板)
2. 考官提问, 考官会在自我介绍当中,或自我介绍结束之后对于他感兴趣或想要进一步了
解的情况提问,考官也可能就热点社会问题和管理问题提问。考生需要对自己的工作情况的描述做充分的准备,通常考官追问有关工作的相关问题占很大比例。(请见后附题库)

In my previous job, the most important thing I learned was how to make a plan, organize a

team, allocate resources, implement ideas, and assess outcomes. With this general knowledge, I can improve myself to the most extent.
10. What is your most significant accomplishment? / What are you proudest of?
My greatest accomplishment was leading a successful curriculum development committee.
The president of the college assigned us the task of restructuring our department’s
curriculum and creating new courses that are up-to-date with new technologies and teaching methods. I chaired the committee and was able to successfully break the work down to pieces and assign the appropriate people to each part of the job. By our deadline, we had restructured the curriculum and added modern courses that helped put our college on the edge. It was a lot of work, and all of us on the committee felt proud when it was finished successfully.
11. What is your short-term plan?(短期目标是什么?) What do you see yourself in five years? (你的五年计划?)
I want to work in a company with good future. I won’t care if it is big or small. I want to
combine the knowledge I learned from business school with my job.
I would like to possess the title of general manager of my company in five years. The main
thing right now is to learn as much as I can in my new position. With my previous experience and my ability to learn quickly, I think I will be ready for a major management position in five years.
12. What kind of work do you like best?
I like administrative work best, such as allocating people into effective work groups. Making plans, controlling while the projects go on and making assessment for future adjustment. 13. What kind of work do you like least?
The job I dislike most is to fill out daily report logs. It is routine work. I prefer doing
different tasks each day and approaching new challenges. Of course I know routines are very important covering a great percentage of our daily work. Therefore, I always do this kind of work as well as I can, regardless of how I feel about it.
(五) 关于管理方面的问题
1. What motivates you? (什么可以激励你?)
I fell motivated if I can use my abilities successfully. I believe that everybody has special
abilities and talents. I feel proud when I do my best to apply my abilities to something important. If I am successful at what I am eager to do, I am especially happy. But even if I did not succeed, or only partially succeed, I am still glad that I at least did my best. 2. What kinds of things irritate you on the job? (工作中什么使你气恼?)
I get annoyed when someone spends a lot of time making personal calls while on the job,
especially if they talk loudly on the phone. Of course, personal calls are sometimes inevitable. But people at work should first of all focus on their tasks instead of disturbing other people who are trying to do their jobs.
3. Do you consider yourself a leader or a follower? (你是个领导者还是跟随者?) I am a leader. I enjoy organizing people to make things work more efficiently, and I like
encouraging people and helping them to move along in the direction of the company vision. I expect to learn as much as I can in this position so that I can later move into a leadership

position in your company. I understand that a person cannot be a good leader unless he completely understands the company and how it operates. 4. What is your work style? ( 工作风格?)
I am people –oriented (task-oriented, time-oriented). That is one reason I chose to become a
manager. I just enjoy being around people---talking with people, helping people. I like spending time with other faculty members. I hope I can be open to not only praise but also to criticism.
5. What have you learned from your mistakes? (你从错误中学到什么了?)
I have learned a couple of things from my mistakes. One thing I have learned is to take
criticism in a positive way. When I make a mistake and someone points it out to me or offers advice, I should accept their advice and avoid making the same mistake again.
6. Describe a mistake you made on the job and how you overcame it. (描述一个你工作中
犯过的错误)
At my last job I once wrote a detailed report that the Director needed for an important
meeting. It took me one week to complete the report. On the last day, when I completed the report, a computer virus infected my computer and destroyed the file. I had not made a backup copy. I spent the whole weekend rewriting the report so that it would be ready on Monday for the Director’s meeting.
7. If your boss asked you to do some work that you thought was personal in nature and not really related to the job, what would you do?
I would have to carefully consider the request. My decision or reaction would depend on
several things. One, how well do I know my boss? Two, what exactly am I being asked to do? Three, could doing this work be seen as improper by others, even if it is not. If I decided not to do it, I would explain my reason carefully to my boss. In the end, I have to do what I think is right.
8. If an employee you supervise asked you to sign him out early, what would you do? (如果有你的属下想要你同意他提前下班,你会怎么做?
Usually I won’t sign an employee out early, especially if there isn’t a good reason. Even if he
has the proper reason, the employee would have to go through the normal procedure, such as making up the time on another day, whatever the company policy is. All employees must be treated equally. If I give one employee special treatment, I am not dealing properly with all employees.
9. What would you do the first day on the job? (你上班第一天会做什么?)
First, I would want to begin learning about my position and my department. I would try to
meet all my colleagues. If there were time the first day, I would try to gather as many manuals and reports as possible that would help me understand my position and how it fits into the big picture of the company. I want to become familiar with my duties and responsibilities as soon as possible.
10. If you could make a policy change at your previous company, what would it be? (让你给以前的公司做个改变,你会改变什么?)
I would change the policy regarding working hours. I would make working hours more
flexible. Many companies, and even government departments, allow employees to have flexible working hours. The amount of flexibility depends on the kind of company and

I have always been longing to become a qualified manager. With 3 years working
experiences, I have deeply understood the complications and charm of wonderful management skills. To prepare myself a better theory, I think study in a business school is the best choice.
Since my undergraduate degree is not on finance and business, learning the financial and
business concepts is extremely important to me, and that’s why I think MBA is the right step. I can meet people from all across the country and different fields at the business school, there is huge diversity provided by the business school. Renmin university is a famous university with long history, the best faculty and students.
Especially for that it has its own strength in the financial area. There are many famous financial scholars in this university. Now renmin university has form its own characteristic in MBA program. I feel the professors here are all kind, knowledgeable, vigorous. and all the students are industrious.
3. What do you expect to achieve during your study if you are enrolled into our university?(如果你被录取,你想从学习中获得什么?)
If luckily enough I got the chance to learn administration in Peking University, I will
concentrate on the study and research in this field. First, I will work hard to learn the theoretical knowledge; it is the basis of my future work; second I would like to do some practical work to be prepared for the future needs. I believe after two years of learning, my dream to be a competent and qualified manage will finally come true.
4. If you fail this time what will you do in the near future? (这次要是没考上,你打算怎么办?)
First of all, I made a very good preparation for the paper test last year, and passed the test
with a good score. I think, with my academic background and my rich working experience, I have enough confidence to be successful in this exam. However, if I fail this time, I need to calm down and try to figure out what the problem is. Anyway, I will try again until I succeed. 5. Do you have a study plan if you are offered to be accepted as an MBA student? (如果考上了你有没有学习计划?)
Yes of course. I want to make my management knowledge systematically. First I will try
harder to improve my English, because it will be a must to catch hold of advanced knowledge. and then, I will focus on management theories and practices.
6. What’s your opinion about the requirements that MBA student must have working experience?
My opinion is that the working experience is important for MBA students. The reasons are as

7. Do you think English is quite important in MBA study? Why.
Yes, I think so. because nowadays, most of the advanced theory and knowledge on business
are written in English. and in the long run, the globalization of economy will be deepen .we will have to negotiate with foreign company more often, so English becomes more important. Yes. Because many textbooks are written in English and many subjects are taught in
English too. on the other hand, there are more and more international enterprises now. We are working in a multinational circumstance and get technical or manager information written in English. For instance, I work in a foreign company, if I couldn’t speak English, I could not communicate with our colleague.
8. Do you think MBA training courses will help you a lot in your future life? why? Yes. I think it will be helpful in my future life. First, I can expend my society circle, I will
meet many friends from many kinds of professions during the training; Second, I can improve my career by practicing the knowledge of MBA training; third, I can be more capable of management. In short, I think I can bring my life to a higher level through MBA training.
4. What are the most important qualifications that a MBA student should have? In my opinion, decision-making is the most important. Planning, organizing, leading and
