摘要：The invention relates to a refrigerant evaporator with concentric tubes (1), inparticular for the production of ice. This evaporator consists of a double-walled tubular
jacket (3, 4) with an inlet (11) for the liquid refrigerant, arranged in the upper part and,preferably also arranged in the upper part and on the diametrically opposite side to theinlet (11), an outlet (12) for the refrigerant in vapour form. The throughput of therefrigerant is regulated in such a manner that the refrigerant flowing down from the inlet(11) and simultaneously evaporating, moistens the inner walls of the evaporator withconcentric tubes (1) over as large as possible a proportion of its height.
